Yep same here. I count on having a bad schedule on training months. The 4 hrs credit/day certainly doesn't help.
Given that the trips that I get awarded in non-training months pay just as much or sometimes less than training events do, I don't have that problem. If only we had trips that would break the 4 hour/day guarantee by more than 10 minutes... Maybe that would solve some of our staffing problems...
