Funny thing is one of my buddies who I fly with a lot and is 4 stripes, interviewed with me and was offered the gig. This place is losing it's really good people for sure. Even if I moved up magically to the left seat, I gotta believe I would be running for the exit just as fast. More money won't improve my QOL enough to stay.
