That realization was what solidified my decision to leave 100%, no questions asked. What amount of money is worth that QOL? I couldn't come up with an answer that wasn't completely comical. Funny thing is, you can have your cake and eat it to at SWA (although you will fly 4-5 legs a day
) as I think your QOL will improve immensely and the pay won't even been the same universe.
The scary part is after all that time devoted to NJA, with only 200 below you, if they furlough, you would probably still be on the chopping block. You will have 500 below you by the end of the year at SWA more than likely.
