Being combative and uncooperative will only hasten that plan. The phrase “cutting off your nose to spite your face” is an apt one in this situation. Of course, some of the most vocal chest-thumpers on this issue don’t work here anymore. It’s easy to suggest a gamble with somebody else’s money, livelihood, family, etc....

I don’t work there anymore, and I’m not trying to play like I am any better or smarter than anyone else. God knows, I’m not.
I’m just ****ed about the situation. Skywest and delta really screwed a good bunch of people-and I’m angry.
It’s wrong, SKYW and delta both know it’s wrong, and they don’t care. After all the things ASA did for them..... All the furloughs we hired-and let them maintain dual seniority (pretty sure no other airline has ever done that.) And to see the way it’s turned out. I’m just angry.
