I like that you refer to you landings as "impacts" I suspect there may be more issues with your landings than just your crosswind technique
Seriously though guys, just fly it in the crab till you start to flare then just a little rudder to nudge the nose inline with the center line and touch down. Why is it hard to watch the bank angle? Every airplane I've ever flown will raise the outside wing when you kick the rudder... You try and slip a jet down from altitude and you WILL have a problem. Just talk to those numbnuts who made a hard landing and dragged a wing in the dirt trying to use a slip to loose altitude. This RJ ain't your flightshcol's Cessna. Time to nut up and learn how to fly a swept wing jet.
