It happens more often then you think, so they are used to having some people with CJOs go elsewhere. I had a CJO and two interviews lined up when I accepted an offer from a different Regional. I called Skywest and told them that I accepted an offer elsewhere because I thought it was a better fit. She thanked my for the call and wished me good luck. Said that if I reconsidered I was more then welcome to reapply in the future.

To cancel the two interviews I had lined up, I called the one where they called me to set it up and emailed the other because the only way they got in contact with me up until that point was email.
