If you'd be happy being compensated at the "5th" highest rates for the rest of your career, take Alaska. For some reason Alaska management seems to think that they're still some hillbilly airline that doesn't need to pay their employees any where near the industry average top rates of pay. Their weak contract and even weaker Union spell disaster and unless the old guard is tossed out within the Pilot ranks, nothing will change.
Not at all the biggest fans of our management team but we do have a much stronger Union presence and our management is well aware of that. Alaska, not so much.
