Withdraw the bonuses for everybody and return to the normal compensation before bargaining with ALPA.....I know.......PNCL mentality. I don't know how long will it take for PNCL to realize that people won't work for them just because they have "cool" paint schemes in their airplanes. Those cheap bonuses are not a solution. They need to start paying western civilization wages. Inflation also is going to be a very big problem for pilots. Even if the new contract improves the pay a couple of bucks it won't compensate for inflation itself. So improvement on the pay.........it is gotta be a big jup if you even want to consider it an improvement.
if it were only that easy for them.. withdrawing the bonuses is to late. its like saying, well i will rob the bank,, and if i get in trouble i will just return the money, no harm no foul. nope, it wont be that easy. i am not sure what scott will be going for but it certainly wont be just for them to stop giving out bonuses. i am glad my union dues are hard at work
