I think most hope that being bought would mean an actual flow, like Envoy has with AA. The CPP or “guaranteed interviews” are pathetic carrots dangling in front of people.

Last I heard, 250ish were in the CPP “pool”. What does ERJ side have, 1200-1500 guys? So, basically 15-20% of the pilot group has been “successful”.
