Every time I got used on airport ready, it was less than a 2 hour call out. Usually "OMG! Get to the plane ASAP!" Sometimes "Hey, you'll be working this flight in an hour and a half." Granted, the number of times I've sat ready reserve can probably be counted on my hands and toes, so my sample size might not be the best. I'm still hoping to see it go away though.

Does it make me a terrible person if I hope that FA ready reserve is still a thing though? It's incredibly useful to borrow one of them to begin boarding if one of my FAs is running late. Saved my/their/the company's bacon a couple times.
