For example, the ten-year, 7&7 FO schedule pay is less than $100k/year for the pleasure of working at a pace that is (according to the CEO) harder than an airline pilot works for. To have any semblance of pay parity with your peers you will have to work the 19-day per month schedule. Add to this that NJs is scheduling its pilots to the point of exhaustion every single tour as evidenced by the skyrocketing fatigue numbers...
