7 years, never less than 15 days off. Maybe one or 2 reserve months I was awarded less, but didn't get used.

You will probably hear the captains you fly with tell you all about them. The once great QOL that we gave up so the people with no dergee, no TPIC, criminal records, live WAY outside their means, 9 or less years left to retire, etc. could get a **** poor raise to make their problems easier to deal with...
