To answer your question no one really knows what it will be like once pbs kicks in. Until then if you are on reserve your QOL is going to take a hit for sure, as a fo you can out run that by only being on reserve a short time, as a ca you have the potential to be on reserve for years depending on your base. I’m not sure where you’re coming from but I’d think long and hard before coming here, even with the new ta.
