My assumption is that this next bid might allow many to base transfer out of LGA thus allowing HVA-types to hold lines very rapidly. That’s the only way I can imagine that scenario playing out.
IF they are close to holding a line, why would they transfer base, other than if they live in another base? ORD and DFW are super senior. LGA as a line holder wouldn’t be as bad, becuse we all know reserve is less than desirable right now if you don’t live in base. HVAs are bandaids right now for the company. Soon that pool will run out, they already can’t get more than 4-8 per class, we have 25 a month flowing... hopefully.
