It sounds more like FOs who are trained as Captains and immediately displaced to CA at the first available opportunity. It will be interesting to see if they are willing to put them on paid vacation if they finish training before a bid is available. Can they right seat qual them as fly them as FOs??
I’m going out on a limb here they are going to knowingly violate the contract, and the union will file a grievance we might get a small victory in 2 years.
