It sounds more like FOs who are trained as Captains and immediately displaced to CA at the first available opportunity. It will be interesting to see if they are willing to put them on paid vacation if they finish training before a bid is available. Can they right seat qual them as fly them as FOs??
What about this makes you think they're going to sit in the right seat? They literally put 4 CA seats on the board, told them they had to bid them, and awarded them.
