WB flying's not for everyone. There are some who can't sleep in a plane - for them, WB international flying sux.

Some can't stand not being in charge and take the leap to NB Capt - a lot more work for little/no extra money - but hey, they're in charge (on the other hand, they have to be in charge).

WB flying's not for everyone, but I like that I have the option to go back to NB if I ever tire of WB flying (not likely). I have zero problems retiring as a WB FO.
