It’s like Envoy posting on FB that flow is 6yrs. What they are telling aspirants, applicants, and NH’s. ALPA Union Rep has to correct them publicly on FB that “Flow is 9yrs” projection currently for a NH at Envoy, not the 6yrs recruiting is spewing. It was a 6yr flow 2 years ago, not anymore. 3-4yrs is a big difference in FACTS. If the information was not out, FACTS could not be checked. Vital information to get does Into one making serious career decisions.
Imagine a shinny eyed career seeking, new to 121 aspirant calling to speak to the Recruiting Department asking for “Flow” data. If it’s not a secret then they should make it public information! Official statements and releases. Not a phone call to recruiters to hear from them only. No accountability over the phone for false statements that lures a poor NH into making a decision he/she didn’t realize was false lure tactic.
