Myself included, everyone I personally know (from past and current AF squadrons) was at the big 3 or SWA before being offered an interview, except just a few guys. I would estimate 3/15 were offered interviews without being hired by another carrier first.
Granted it’s a very small sample size, but those numbers actually show us favoring AF guys more so than the big 3 plus Southwest.
3/15 = 20%
