How do you check to see which OT sequence were awarded to what person with seniority number? Pretty sure people are getting screwed with non consolidated FOs being given OT.

Also, the other option of not getting the FOs consolidated is even worse. They have to go back into training taking up sim schedules which further reduces sim availability for upgrade training which would give the company even more merit for metering the flow.
It sucks, but now that FO hiring has been really spooled back this problem shouldn’t exist for much longer hopefully.
