[QUOTE=icedawg8;249604]i work at Pan Am (in Phoenix), there is 2500 signing bonus and up to 50000 salary, the contract for the ratings is for one year. They need pilots badly, thus all the incentives. The interview is easy all you have to do is explain a maneuver and then a sim ride with 2 approaches. There is currently six of us from UofI instructing their.[/QUOTE

Up to $50,000 to flight instruct. I find that hard to believe, unless you are instructing military pilots for their private rating. Have fun when you leave that and go to a regional. You will take a 50% pay cut. Do they have some bonuses for checkride passes? Is it taxed or are you an independent contractor. If you are an independent contractor, u will pay alot in taxes come April.
