Not sure if this is in the right place, so feel free to move this thread if its not appropriate. I am currently a CFI at a community college that is finalizing a development program contract with Horizon and I was curious what this program offers its participants. I can't seem to find any concrete information on what exactly I would get out of it, or what would be expected of me.
