He said, for what it’s worth, that the direction given to the negotiating committee on the subject was clear: it was simply non-negotiable.
I'm sure he believes that.... but in all contract negotiations EVERYTHING is negotiable, just depends on leverage and price. That is why it is essential to stay on top of what's going on.
The best news during these negotiations is that the RJ contractors are currently hard pressed to find cheap labor in this market.
