Yes. We get heavy on F.O's, then they reach mins and leave. Then we are light again. It is my understanding that the new hiring mins are now 1000TT.
Still 500TT for SIC's from what I hear, however they're no longer/going to scale back conditional offers upon reaching 500TT. Meaning (before we got fat with FO's) it wasn't uncommon for someone to interview at the 450ish range and get a conditional offer that they have 500TT before they reach ground school.
