Southwest reminds me of a commuter airline that pays really good but has substandard work rules. Many legs a day in a narrow body 737 into my 50s and 60s doesn’t sound appealing. Could you make a career at Southwest.... sure...a really good one absolutely but if I got stuck there I would have always wished that I had made it to United, Delta or American. That’s just how I see it.
