I don't think he offered you any advice. He was simply stating his preference of the location of our layover hotel when we fly into Tokyo Narita International airport. While there are some decent restaurants and what not in Narita, my preference would be to stay in Tokyo, or to at least hang out there. I've taken the train into Tokyo many times. That's just my opinion and everyone has one.

As far as it getting old about hearing how bad it sucks.... if you don't work here yet, ask yourself why you are always hearing about how bad it sucks and if you know what you are going to be getting yourself into. If you do work here, just give it a little more time and you'll see for yourself.
