Just a company that has a policy, and sticks to it.
If someone has a tattoo that violates the company's policy, they should look for a different company to apply to for employment.
But if they do decide to go ahead and apply, they shouldn't be a surprised snowflake when something is said and/or done about their tattoo/beard/ponytail/piercings/etc...
