And keep in mind we are a small regional, so when you are saying "high seniority Dash pilots" you are talking about 30-40% of
293 pilots. Lol so its not any crazy number. And our ideal number for 61 jets is over
700 pilots. So anyone coming in now will gain seniority quickly since we just have 293 pilots.
