Quick back of the napkin math looks like this is adding somewhere between 18-24 million a year to the Omni CBA. It looks like most of that money was spent on the rates, nothing wrong with that, but some people might think there was better use of the money than putting so much into the rates.
So if somebody votes no because they would rather see that money spent in other parts of the CBA, it doesn't make them a idiot, it makes them somebody who knows what they want.
