Yes but is that the times people *actually* have before they get upgraded? The minimums and the actual times seem to be different (in favor of upgrading early).


God what am I getting myself in to? LoL I go for my interview next Wedneday and get there Tuesday (during the picketing). I am really hoping to get upgraded within a few months so that the meager FO pay is in my past as FAST as possible. I can't live on 21/hr minus taxes, etc for very long at all. You know part of the application made me sign a 12 month training contract. Should I sign this or leave it blank and get more details IN WRITING before I sign that beast? It makes the pilot pay "a reasonable amount" of the rating.. ya RIGHT what do they consider reasonable if they are supposed to reach an agreement in a REASONABLE amount of time???? ::sigh:: Things are already looking very negative right now, someone chime in and tell me you're HAPPY with the QOL there... doesn't sound like many people are if they won't negotiate the RIGHT way.
