Have you heard of Khyber Pass guns? You have Pakinstani people in shacks with no/very little access to the internet, electricity, etc putting together and even making their own guns. You have the capabilities to 3D print guns here. It’s been done.
I mean to make a gun fully automatic is only a small sear. Of course a huge crime, but anyone that can work with metal can make or modify their own. The operation of firearms overall is very simple. Not saying everyone can do it, but given the resources we have today, it certainly wouldn’t be difficult if someone had the drive.
