Given the amount of information you disclosed at first you either happened to see it unfold or you are a company official. That leads to the question of how you as a company representative of a scheduled Part 121 operation are boldly taking pilot pushing and trashing of reputations of specific crews into a public forum? Do you not have more official channels to tell your employees that you aren’t pleased with their actions?

The bottom line is the only way you knew so much so soon is that you’re a company representative. Again the simple question is what does the FAA & DOL have to say about management (and their de facto representatives) taking the fight to employees in such a public and bold way?
