I am very happy I made the decision to leave NJA for Spirit. I have personally recommended 5 NJA pilots to join us (3 have class dates). Can't believe I wasted 10 years at NJA. I actually love flying again and enjoy going to work. No more 18 day schedules and being worked like a mule.
Especially with the new TA, it is a no brainer for any FO, and for CA's who are tired of the poop.
