Hi guys. I was hoping to get some insight regarding 135 capts that have recently made the move to EDV. I see that regs allow previous 135 turbojet PIC time to be used towards the requirements of 121.436 in lieu of/combined with previous 121 time. Will these 135 PIC hrs actually lead to a new hire upgrading sooner or even right away (if they had a 1000)? Or does the company still require a certain # of company hrs, 121 hrs, etc before offering the left seat?
