I doubt it will be necessary. If the trends continue at Mesa, the more junior Mesa pilots will figure out to make that leap on their own. There could be a real S#itstorm in the making in IAH and, quite possibly, the entire UA side of Mesa when UA begins to move on replacing the 700 flying out of IAD as well.
Funny you say that, I believe it's in the contract where if Ejets take over IAD, us CRJ based crews need to have the option to go to EJET training to stay in base. hmm... I need to look that one up
