So there you have it. Since the beginning of the Spirit flow program in November, GoJet has sent 1 confirmed person to Spirit. So at a rate or .25 persons per month and 570ish pilots on the seniority list that puts a new hire flow at 150 years. Let’s call it 75 to account for outside attrition.
In the meantime I personally know 5 pilots that have had their interviews cancelled or job offers recinded due to the flow.
Basically, if there is even a 1 in a million chance you might want to go to Spirit then you should go anywhere but GoJet. You have a better shot at getting hired outside the flow at one of the American wholy owned.
That's weird, I know like ten people who are at Spirit from the GoJet Pathway program. I am one of them. A lot of guys deferred due to first year pay, but I'm sure the new contract will get them onboard.
