Auto short call at 0300 your first day on call, no hotel for any training for ATL commuters, 3 day trips that paid 11 hours, reserves getting paid far less than the regular line holder in the other seat flying the exact same trip, no PS deviation from dh, and in your new hire days, no JS even on our own metal!

I could go on. DALPA has done a great job improving our QOL, one modest step at a time. Each individual improvement may not have screamed loud headlines, but the cumulative result has been good.

I had four days of vacation last month and I bid reserve. I didn't fly a single day. I was assigned two short calls. I'll keep telling myself how much our QOL sucks. I'm A320A which I admit is staffed well, and this won't repeat in the summer.
