My buddy interviewed at the headquarters this week and was told by the LAS base chief pilot who gave a briefing on the direction of the company that there is no longer a training contract! He also told me that the interview was only 1 hour long and he was out the door 2 hours after arriving. He was not selected. My interview was a full day. Has the process changed ??
I also heard a similar story about the new process. Apparently the SBI and panel are all done at the same time. It takes about an hour and then you are told immediately if you are selected or not.
