You will fly a ton.

10 most junior pilot lines in RDU from most junior to senior for March:

15 days off 75:38 credit
14 d/o 81:23 c
16 d/o 75:38 c
15 d/o 75:27 c
16 d/o 77:26 c
12 d/o 94:19 c
14 d/o 77:44 c
13 d/o 85:48 c
13 d/o 92:15 c
14 d/0 90:34 c
15 d/o 76:42 c

ZERO reserve lines for FO's in March in the RDU base (and a couple others too).
RDU can be held quite junior for Captains. Plenty of open time to pick up if the lines above aren't enough for you.

Spirit pathway:
2 years on property & pass a personality test = pick a class date at Spirit. They have a nice new contract, $58 first year pay, $105 second year pay and a 2.5-3 year upgrade right now.

Last wholly owned "secure" airline I worked for no longer exists. GoJet had great performance #'s which is what really matters.

No need to commute.

It was an easy decision coming here and I commute. Movement is fast up the seniority list and will continue in my opinion. The company hires alot of qualified pilots as Captains from other regionals and they don't stick around very long.

I've been here under 1.5 years. One guy in my class was offered the Hogan at United, one is flying for Frontier and another is interviewing at Delta in April.

Am I biased? Yes, I chose to work here and have enjoyed my time here.
Gojets has great performance numbers? For who?

Don’t direct entry captains spend most of their time flying as FOs since they are so understaffed? Not too helpful to be a captain who spends most of the time in the right seat getting no PIC time.
