I totally agree industry standard or else a no vote.
I think the NC has a pretty darned good idea of what the group expects. Plus as stated above the pressure is on the company now more than the pilot group. With the latest statements from the Omni group and the new Spirit contract the heat is on just in time for summer and the summer travel season. The company has nobody to blame but themselves.
