Threaten me all you want. If it's not industry standard I'm not supporting it.
I would love to know how the seniority breakdown was on the Spirit vote. Unfortunately any TA brought before this pilot group will be passed. Zero chance it will be voted down. The problem is the junior pilots only look at the Boobs of the contract, the PAY. They are planning on being short timers, no reason to consider retirement, health care, long term disability, flexibility of scheduling or the work rules we protected during bankruptcy. Their plan is to be at UAL,AA,DAL or SWA within a year or two, I plan on them taking the money and running. This industry can change on a dime, ie. Sept 11, another financial meltdown or a down turn in the industry, I never planned on staying for over 17 years. Its all about timing in this job, and we are out numbered. The problem is the senior pilots know to well that the whole contract needs to be considered in any vote, and we are in the minority.

Just saying
