You can hold RDU as a captain, but you will be a captain paid FO. Expect to be extended on every trip.

Yes fast seniority and lots of captains are leaving. Although many of those captains leaving are going to Endeavor for a $20hr raise.

Last month GoJet lost 21 pilots and managed to hire 9. Expect to get extended on every trip.

GoJet is not a bad place to work, most of the people you fly with are great and management has gotten more flexible thanks to the pilot shortage.

It’s a fine choice if you want to live in a GoJet base and are comfortable making less money and having no real career progression.
I don’t live in a Gojet base and I commute and I have no complaints about that, also to the “no real career profession” I know lots of former Gojet peeps who are now at United, Delta, Southwest, American, UPS and FedEx.... list goes on, and with the extended part, my entire year and half here I have never been extended, maybe just good luck on my side. Lol
