I'm not going to lie you have no idea what you're talking about. Colgan got shut down because of Delta and a bankruptcy judge not because of anything that happened as a result of an acquisition. And the SLI occurred as protection for all companies involved against whipsaw not specifically as a result of the union that represented the pilots. Also RAH teamsters will not fight for a staple because the pilot group that is under TSH is almost equal to the pilot group under RAH. Fighting for a staple would not be easy and would likely cause teamsters to lose the ultimate union vote.

As far as Integrations go nothing in recent history supports what you're saying. Republic acquired Frontier and Lynx. Those guys were integrated into the seniority list with fences put in place for obvious reasons. Stapling just doesn't happen anymore.

I do believe that Republic also has in their scope clause that any company operating for Holdings has to be under the same seniority list as all the other companies. That may have been removed with their recent agreement however.

The real mess is going to come from having different unions. You'll have two Alpa carriers and two Teamsters carriers (assuming all TSH is brought on board) that will need to settle on one union.
