Spirit has no desire to get experienced pilots. To Spirit you are a cost, not an asset. They pretty much said it in their presentation to investors the other day. They want a high turn over and keep cost low.
Using your ‘logic’ they would hire experienced pilots capable of leaving, not inexperienced/moronic pilots incapable of leaving thus going against the high turn over model you’re assuming.
