I doubt this will help but I wouldn't take it personally. No one can make heads or tails of what our HR department is doing. We'll hire a class with some really, really good aviators and then the very next class was brought in on the EO short bus. I don't think anyone can say what is or isn't getting guys/gals phone calls right now. We have a guy that is heading up our training (JW for the NK guys) who is brilliant, motivated, and wanting to improve a lot of things and even he is scratching his head over HR's antics. Don't let this chaos machine get you down and I'd keep trying here and at the better airlines for sure. It isn't you brother, it really is us.
