No... that is looking backwards. Going forward SWA and ALK hourly pay and retirement are almost identical. Shy or anyone like him can work a lot or very little at either company affecting his compensation greatly. Where we do need help is scheduling.

Seattle's April lines had an average of 14.7. SWA has a minimum of 15 days off; they start off making at least the same for allot more days off.
