I think they’re still very, very interested in interviewing and hiring prior 121 guys. There is very much an imbalance of fos to captains here and so far the company has not stronghanded the senior fos to upgrade to captain in the way Envoy has. The FO life is just too good here once you’re 2 + years in (17-19 days off is not difficult), Do not be deterred from applying if you are prior 121. There is still a need there.

Additionally, attrition has picked up significantly so far in 2018 to Delta and other major / legacy / LCC airlines. there will be a continued need for candidates here...don’t think we’re ever going to see classes stop, I think they’re just slowing down a bit and have already hired enough guys and gals to fill classes of 20 through September.
