Basically, never forget management do not fly airplanes for their pay and glory.
As far as "negotiating in public" goes, it never seems to really work the way they think it will. What they need to do is take some lessons from the social media President we have these days.
Maybe SK needs to start "tweeting" or using Facebook a bit more.
