The fact that it is there correctly, and then later missing tells me it was manually removed. To call that a consistent error I think would be terribly naive. I've never seen them "mistakenly" add JRA@PREM to my schedule...

Yes, having the ability to check rainmaker is good, I don't think anyone suggested otherwise.
