I am sure that Gojet Recruiter is making an honest effort to promote the best of Gojet, but he fails to backup his efforts with concrete facts that show that someone can go to work for Gojet and not be putting his career in jeopardy.
Yes, there are some people who get hired, stay 2,3,4 + years and are able to move on, good for them. But there are also many who, through no fault of their own are destroyed by Gojet. Only a fool will risk his career hoping to be one of the lucky ones.
Gojet needs to step back and correct for its past mistakes. It needs to settle 100% of the grievances that have been filed and it needs to settle all of the lawsuits that have been filed by pilots. Gojet's policy the past few years for grievances is to first claim that the issue is not subject to arbitration because the union did not file its papers properly. That issue then has to go to arbitration, which takes about a year. What moves like that show is that Gojet is not serious about resolving things fairly.
Unfortunately for Gojet Recruiter, he does not have a good product to sell. You will not know it will be good to go there until after you go and later make it out successfully. Fix the product before you try and sell it. Gojet is currently a lemon. It can be fixed, so fix it.
The people here do not badmouth Gojet because they want to be mean, they do it because they feel they have a moral obligation to warn people.
